About Us
KPH Quantity Surveyors (Pty) Ltd (KPHQS) is a Level One B-BBEE and a 100% Black Female-Owned Quantity Surveying company based in Johannesburg, South Africa with operations countrywide. The company was founded by Ms. Kabelo Hlahane and draws on her experience, knowledge, and skills of working in the construction industry for more than 10 years.
KPHQS provides professional quantity surveying services to clients in various sectors. It has been exposed to multiple property development and construction projects, ranging from residential/ housing, institutional, and industrial, to mixed-use developments. The company’s project scope is expanded by the inclusion of alteration/ renovation projects and building conversions.
Our Services
Quantity surveying is the independent professional consulting service provided to clients undertaking a built environment project. The quantity surveyor acts as a cost consultant, advising clients on strategies to achieve viable and affordable projects. All professional functions are carried out in accordance with the practice and standards as established by the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS).
